Reservation Requirements
Reservations available 3 months in advance of our grand opening.
From January 2026, guests may reserve up to 6 months ahead.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation for a seamless welcome experience. -
Deposit & Prepayment
Full payment is required to confirm your daybed or breakfast / lunch reservation.
Please note, the fee secures your space only; culinary and beverage selections are billed separately. -
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please note, pool bookings are non-refundable within 4 days of the booking.

Group Bookings & Private Events
Full payment required in advance.
Private events subject to time-based minimum spend and pre-approval. -
Accessibility
The pool deck has wheelchair accessible; however, pool access may be limited.

Age Restrictions
Guests aged 15+ may attend morning sessions when accompanied by an adult; afternoon sessions are 21+ only.

Dress Code
Elevated pool attire is required, including suitable swimwear.

Extra Charges
Towels and valet parking included. Robes, lockers, and other amenities available at additional cost.

Late Arrivals / Grace Period
Payment of bed is required upfront so no refund will be issued if you no show.
15 minute grace period for lounge bookings, 1 hour grace period for sunbeds bookings. -
Smoking Policy
Smoking permitted in select poolside zones only.

Photography & Drones
Personal photography allowed; drones and pro equipment prohibited unless authorised.

Weather Contingencies
In the event of unexpected weather, we will do our utmost to accommodate changes. Original seating selections will be honoured where possible. You will be offered an alternative date if we are unable to accommodate your booking due to weather.

Pet Policy
Kindly note that pets are not permitted across all areas.

Lost & Found
Lost items are held for up to 30 days at our ground-level lost property office.
